From the Editor

I hope everyone is enjoying the beginning of the summer season. I would like to thank our membership for the large number of attendees at the CCAS meeting in Tampa.  The amount of ideas and offers to contribute to the CCAS and newsletter is very much appreciated and I will take your ideas to heart as we move forward to expend our informational and educational offerings.

Please take a moment to explore our new website, particularly the section on the educational offerings that Mark Twite, MD has done a tremendous amount of work in developing.

I hope you will find this newsletter packed with very exciting topics on many different facets of our specialty.  Please contact me with any ideas or suggestions you have for the newsletter or website as we are always looking at new innovative ways to improve what we are doing.  Stay tuned for the web section on echocardiography, as Wanda Miller-Hance MD is preparing this section for future use as an educational tool for our membership.  Enjoy your summer and see you Las Vegas!!!!
